Nemesis was a splinter crew from Rocking Revenge, a crew on the Hunter Ocean founded by Rockerman. Nemesis was founded by Dracowolfe, a former Senior Officer of Rocking Revenge, because Rockerman was no longer able to devote enough time to the game, and was not online enough to run the crew effectively. The possibility of Dracowolfe becoming Captain of Rocking Revenge was discussed, but Rockerman was not online for a long period of time, and during that period many of the Fleet Officers of Rocking Revenge began to feel rather mutinous. After a period of some weeks, Dracowolfe left the crew and created Nemesis, which many of the Fleet Officers of Rocking Revenge joined immediately. A lot of the less senior members of the crew expressed interest in joining as well, and the crew grew rapidly. Unfortunately Rockerman seemed to have taken offence at the fact that most of his members had left, and blamed this on Dracowolfe, but eventually gave in and joined Nemesis.
When Dracowolfe had to leave the game Rockerman left Nemesis for The Smugglers Sect, realising this chapter in the once-mighty crew's career was over, and Dracowolfe merged Nemesis with the Imperial Golden Dragons. Shortly afterwards another crew named Nemesis was formed; this crew is now defunct.
Dracowolfe later left Nemesis Revolution for Spirit of the Caribbean following an argument with Rockerman, though as the crew has gained a PvP rank and several members since then, the crew are fine with this and had their portrait made on the 1st July, May '07.
This crew has nothing to do with the Ocean Master Nemesis.
