Promotion requirements
Cabin person - If no pirate badge.
Pirate - Have a badge. And a broad in any piracy skill.
Officer - Own a vessel! I want you to be able to use your own vessel for pillaging.
Fleet Officer (FO) - Crew trust is important for this rank, as only FO and up may be able to sail all unlocked ships, other then your own! Please don't expect to be FO as soon as you join. Piracy skills should be solid. And it would be good to have Master+ is Battle Navigation.
Senior Officer (SO) - Captain's choice, please do NOT ask for this rank. Trust is important, and pillaging/spending time with the crew will get you there. The captain has an eye on this, so don't worry!
