Galactic Citadel, a palace (but first a fort), was the first building to be constructed on Cochineal Island on the Cerulean Ocean. The building was placed on November 19, 2005, and finished construction on November 23. The fort was placed on top of a ruined shack that was on the uninhabited island, and is located just northwest of the two small lakes of Cochineal.
