Dream Weaver was a weavery on Caravanserai Island in the Ibis Archipelago of the Sage Ocean.
Dream Weaver was constructed during Notorious' first brief governorship of Caravanserai and was given to the crew Greed's Ambassadors for their dedication to the flag. It was upgraded by Riggie two weeks after opening as a gift to his crew for their hard work and loyalty.
