Aye, Rowboat was a shipyard on Xi Island. The shoppe was built by Crimson Tide so that the flag could build a blockade fleet. In late 2006, the flag began leasing the shoppe to Silkprincess who ran the shoppe until 2009 when Ladyweed took over. The shoppe dusted in November 2010.
