Telic is a senior officer of the crew Out for Blood. She is a Lady of the flag Tyr's Own on the Midnight Ocean. Telic can most likely be found below deck bilging away or helping her crew mates keep the ship running ship shape. She also owns Telic's Tailoring Stall on Tinga Island, but has deferred most management responsibilities to her best mates, McSmeesh and Patkat. Instead, Telic uses her obsession with style to act as a walking advertisement for her stall. Telic has earned the title of "Tartmaster" from her mates, so make sure you don't cross her!
