The long sword is one of the fifteen sword types in the game. It is produced at iron mongers. On subscription oceans, the long sword may be used by trial players.
The long sword is most effective with large strikes. Some consider it to be an average sword; others consider it to be overpriced and ineffective.
The sprinkles in columns 1 and 2 are one color. In strikes, the first four blocks in column 2 are all the same color as those sprinkles. This weakness is duplicated on the other side. While these weaknesses are offset somewhat when making larger strikes, there are much better strike swords in the game (e.g., the falchion and scimitar).
