Alliance Proposals
Horizon's Edge does not choose to ally with every flag that proposes an alliance with them.
Proposals are dealt with on a case by case basis and will only be considered after a large amount of negotiation between both flags.
Blanket Proposals (proposing alliances with a large number of flags simultaneously) will immediately be declined.
The belief behind this is that a few, well chosen alliances can be more effective than allying with every flag that wishes to ally.
If a flag wishes to ally with Horizon's Edge they should contact Piratek.

We are a new flag dedicated to makin money and having fun! if u feel that ur crew will fit into our flag then please feel free to appl with ny of our fine royals or myself, Piratek. We will allow 2 royals and 3 titled members for every crew that joins us. Please bear in mind we r trying to build a fun loving but polite respectful crew! If u have ny issues please do not be afraid to talk to ny of the royals if i am not on and they will advise me.
