Welcome to the family of Avalon Knights !!
Extended Public Statement
Hi! Welcome to the Avalon Knights! To join this crew, you must display a good work ethic, have a sense of crew loyalty, have a great amount of patience, and at least must have read our extended public statement. If interested in joining the crew, please ask any of our officers to recruit you. Please note that you are more likely to join our crew if you are jobbed during one of our voyages out to sea.
Officers leading pillages have different requirements as to how they divide the booty when the voyage is finished. Generally speaking, if a pirate should get Incredible on the duty report for a regular pillage, then the pirate will receive +1 to their pay during booty division. Also, any pirates who stay for the duration of a large scale voyage (SMH, CI, etc.) may also receive +1.
Any offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Officers have the right to plank anyone who displays abusive behavior such as racism, sexism, or any sort of harassment. Please be polite to everyone from captain to jobber. If there are any pirates causing trouble on the voyage, be sure to report them to the captain, senior officers, or the officer in charge of the journey.
Excessive lazing during pillage may also result in a plank. Have fun but work hard. If you work hard, then everyone has fun. The voyages out to sea will be easier, and our crew will make you lots of money. Guaranteed!!!
For those who have decided to join our crew, please note that promotions are dealt with internally, and you must be with the crew for at least 1 week in order for us to consider giving you a rank. Please be patient. Also, ranks are earned in this crew and are not given away if asked. One last thing, our decision is final! We will try to be fair and listen to what anyone has to say. But in the end, it comes down to the captain and the senior officers.
