The Blarney Throne is a palace on Fintan Island on the Cerulean Ocean. It was originally called Falchionated Throne when it was built by its government, What The Falchion but was changed to its new name by Static Before the Storm following Fintan III. Unfortunately, while definitely Irish, the Blarney Stone is not really related to Fintan, who was a seer who accompanied Noah's granddaughter Cessair to Ireland before the deluge. Most of the buildings on the island were originally named with a relationship to Fintan, but with the new rulers, this has been spoiled. The Blarney Throne was formerly owned by Cybrpyro.
