Extended Public Statement
We are a crew of sea-ward looters. We are here to have fun and take poe, naturally !
All Officers must Pilly Often. Officers can pilly on Sloops, Cutters or Dhows only. Fleet Officers can pilly with ships up to War Brig.'s . Senior Officers can sail any ship.
To be promoted beyond Cabin Person, you must subscribe to the game. Game's rules not Mine !
To become an Officer you must be "Solid or Better" in 4 Piracy Skills (Sails,Carpentry,Bilging, Gunning and any One Puzzle)
To Become a Fleet Officer you must own at least a sloop and recruited people into the crew. Fleet officers must have 4 "Solids or Better" and 1 "Broad" in Piracy Skills (Sails, Carpentry, Bilging, Gunning, Navigating, Battle navigating and any One Puzzle)
To Become a Senior Officer must own a Ship bigger than a Dhow, recruited people into the crew and trained an Officer. Senior Officers must have 4 "solids or better", 1 "Broad and 1 "Weighty" in Piracy Skills (Sails, Carpentry, Bilging, Gunning, Navigating, Battle Navigating and 2 Puzzles)

Officer To achieve this ye need solid or better in four piracy skills.(Bilging, Sailing, Carpentry,and Gunning)
Fleet Officer Ye need to own at least one sloop or better, recruited at least one person in to the crew, and One Broad or better and Three Solids or better in piracy skills (Bulging, Sailing, Carpentry, Gunning and Navigation, and one solid in any other puzzle of your choice. (Carousing Skills or Crafting skills)
