Waugh is a pirate who sails the Midnight Ocean. Waugh is a Senior officer in the crew Traba Venator. While Waugh was still a new pirate, he loved to play rumble, spending alot of time challenging crew members and the strangers by docks. He joined Athenian and Fareblade for weeks and was given the rank of Fleet Officer. Weeks later as the crew Starbucks declined in power, he aided Patricoo in the creation of Traba Venator. Now he sits as a Senior Officer.
He can and he will be one of the rulers in the Midnight Ocean and and rule Namath island with an iron fist!!!!
