History
The crew was founded under the name Yakuza Crimelords on 26th August 2009 by Ellsbells with the assistance of his brother Admiralpie.
- On 1 September 2009 the crew joined the flag Outlaw Forces.
- On 6 September 2009 the crew left Outlaw Forces to join Ellsbells' own flag Organised Crime.
- The crew was renamed to Volcom.
- September 2009: Moved to the flag Suboceanic Sailors
- September 2009: Moved to the flag United We Stand

Crew Articles
- Mates are expected to ask Permission to Board (PtB) when boarding a ship at sea.
- No cursing, swearing or rude behavior.
- No lazing without the permission of the Officer in Charge (OiC)
- Remember at all times this is a game and have some fun.
Promotion Requirements
- Cabin person: Ask the OiC after booty has been divided in port, or the captain any other time if no pillage is active. In exceptional circumstances Cabin Person may be used for punishment.
- Pirate: Automatically granted, however to become a pirate ye must inform an off duty officer.
- Officer: Complete crew training and hold Three Broad/Respected Piracy Skills.
- Fleet officer: Be an Officer in good standing for a period of a week, have a good understanding of how to pillage. Ownership of a ship preferred but not essential.
- Senior officer: Be a Fleet Officer in good standing for a period of 3 weeks, this role is based on trust, so ye will need lots of it from both the captain and current SOs and the willingness to take on responsibilities for the crew like training new officers.
