- Fleet Officer - Been in crew at least 2 days, run at least a pillage without my help, Blige, carp, sails, guns at solid, and Bnav at broad or distigushed.
- Senior Officer - My COMPLETE trust - Been in crew at least a week, run at least 3 pillages without my help. All pirate stats at except Duty nav at Solid/Distigushed, Respected+ and weighty+ will cover for some stats, ships help and my trust.
- Captain - Over my dead body!
