Ahoy there! Just a word in your ear: even if a crew or flag has disbanded, we like to leave their encyclopedia entry in place, just for posterity and so that articles that link to them don't suddenly break. Your edit has been reverted for this reason... nothing personal, we just like to look to the future. Fair winds! -- Faulkston 20:27, 2 August 2007 (PDT)

Reuploading images

You only need to reupload the image once. The reason why you are not immediately seeing the change is that your web browser is caching the image. In order to refresh your web browser's cache, go to the image page (in your case it would be Image:Pirates-Voidrix.jpg) and there should be text with a link under the image (Pirates-Voidrix.jpg (25KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)). Click on that link to view just the image and then use your web browser's reload or refresh button. --Guppymomma 17:34, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Trophies

Hello, the section I removed in Voidrix amounts to nothing more than a bare list of trophies. Trophy lists are not permitted on personal pirate pages. Please do not restore the list. Thank you! Chupchup 19:27, 20 November 2019 (UTC)

Not sure I agree with it being a list of trophies as someone is not awarded a trophy on positions lower than #1. It has not been flagged in several years as ever being an issue; I understand a large quantity do read as #1 now but for the longest time that was not actually the case. I will leave it alone, but I will also air that I think it's inherently petty to remove it. Voidrix 20:37, 20 November 2019 (GMT)
It is probably worth pointing out that I have allowed another list of trophies to stand: those where you listed the dates of attainment. Faulkston in particular has said that this kind of "value-add" makes it permissible to keep such a list. So, the saving grace for the list in question would be adding "as of" dates to it, or similar extra data. And yes, I understand how non-#1 slots are not, strictly speaking, trophies, but I am personally not sure how we could justify removing the #1s only and leaving the non-#1s on the grounds that they don't count, especially in light of no "value-add" dates, etc. Chupchup 20:48, 20 November 2019 (UTC)
