What is the Cleanup Crew?
The cleanup crew is a group of user-editors, nothing more. In short, we're a small group of editors attempting to get some real cleanup done on the many YPPedia pages that need it by organising our efforts and working together. By selecting groups of pages that are likely interconnected (flags in an alliance group, crews with common flag background, pirates in the same flag), we hope to get the most usable information with the least effort, and craft pages that not only work well individually, but together as an interlinked group.
How can I help?
We need your knowledge. It's that simple. You have histories, facts, and stories in your head that perhaps only a few others know. You can help preserve not only your hearties' history, but by connecting the dots, help fill out the history of your entire ocean. Where you don't know the subjects, you know people who know people who know them, or perhaps you have a good eye for editing, or for format. If you want to help, and if you think the project is worthwhile, you can help.

Current Cleanup
This is the area to discuss what we're currently working on: Not only what pages are currently under scrutiny, but also what we're doing to fill them out, so we don't duplicate our efforts. Feel free to edit this section! Simply click the [edit] button to the right of the heading "Current Cleanup Project."
Requiem
First up is a formerly-active, recently retired flag on Viridian (at least, according to their wiki page). This should be a good opportunity to some pirates' knowledge before they scatter to the four winds, or their memory is preoccupied by the demands and loyalty of a new flag.
- Requiem - The flag itself has done a lot more than is on this page. Mine the wiki for info and try to interview those involved in blockade actions, etc. Get publicly-available info on recent retirement/merger/reforming into Regnum Irae.
