Turner is an independent pirate on the Emerald Ocean. He originally began playing on the Viridian Ocean under a different name, but switched to Emerald after the ocean merge.
He was previously a senior officer in Notorious Raiders. He sold the four sloops he owned to pay for gold boxes.
