It appears not all the Brigand Kings are strictly out to taunt you all with prizes. Gretchen the Goldfang is commissioning any pirate that can forge an entire diving suit that will withstand the mighty depths of Atlantis. You're not to use it...just forge it.
Yar, remember that special diving helmet the Ancient Order of Mystics rewarded ye fer mending...well, this be the whole suit! So prepare...this is a mighty feat for any monger of iron! And as yer reward, Gretchen is diggin' her shiny golden claws into her bountiful booty and dressin' ye up like a true gold-hungry pirate.
Sure, Gretchen is bein' mighty generous, but she's a greedy Goldfang, indeed, so she won't wait forever. Get hammerin'!
