The Light is an independent dormant crew on the Emerald Ocean.
Crew information
Welcome to THE LIGHT! We are the light in the darkness. We are now recruiting.
This crew was made by Zis, on the former Hunter Ocean, with the help of his friend Graykestrel. The crew has recruited many pirates and is looking for more active, skilled and polite pirates. They pillage everyday and enjoy what they do. Zis's first mate is Mickymouse. They will soon grow and become 1 of the strongest crews on the Hunter Ocean. Feel free to Join!
The Light previously flew the flag White Iced Tea & Always On Top.
Extended public statement
This crew is a crew of hardworking pirates who are here to enjoy the game and make a poe or two ;).
A few things you need to know:
- We do not offer FO-SO upon joining.
- Officers are excpected to be pillying once in a while.
- We do not tolerate lazing/stealing or being rude and repeated offenses may get you expelled.
Please note that recruiting will not be unoted and will be rewarded.
PTB NEEDED! Failure to do so will lead to planking.
We offer officer training and many sorts of activities aswell as crew tourneys, competitions pvp tourneys, raffles etc.
We have a crew hall that is currently available to all members ^^ (Ask Zis or an SO)

Cabin person: Rank reserved for novice/able pirates and alts.
Pirate: Have atleast 1 proficient
Officer: This is the highest rank you can get upon joining. Although exceptions MIGHT apply. There are 3 ways you can get officer:
- Have distinguished+ in bnav and guns.
- Be respected+ in atleast 3 piracy puzzles.
- Own 2 or more ships
Fleet officer: This rank is given when the captian and his So's think he/she has earned enough trust and shows dedication to the crew. To achive it you must also have atleast 3 respceted including bnav.
Senior Officer: This rank is given when you show dedication and loyalty to the crew. You must also have 4 master+ stats.
We're currently looking for very skilled officers.
Do not beg for anything, escpecially ranks. Begging for a rank may do you more harm than good. However, do ask an SO or the captain if you are ready for a promotion and if not, what you have to do to get one. Do not beg for poe, EARN it as we all did. :)
We are part of a growing flag that blcokades when we get the chance.
We often flotilla and SMH and by doing one of these activities will bring you closer to a promotion.
