The Eagle Empire is a flag which started on the Hunter Ocean and then migrated to the Malachite Ocean. Its founder and current monarch is Know. The flag is currently dormant on both oceans.

The Eagle Empire is one of the most successful flags on the Hunter Ocean. From the day it was made it kept rising in fame rapidly, until a very horrible day... On Easter 2008, The Eagle Empire was pushed, partly by some other flags and partly by former senior officer of The Eagle Armada, Curtisboy, to declaring a blockade on Saiph Island. It was a disaster as no one was ready for it. The war also cost many dozens of ships. Lots of people started to quit the flag and so did some crews. The blockade was in a way cancelled, due to Easter, when Artemis(an Ocean Master) contacted Know, he agreed to cancel the blockade so people can enjoy their Easter in real life. The blockade cost the flag a lot and in more ways than one. The blockade was also never taken as a real one, since cancelled. Fortunatly the flag got back on track soon, with the war ending the seas were safe to pillage on again, the flag kept rising in fame, more people joined and so did crews.
Even when the flag was re-stabilized, there was betrayal. Captintodd (former officer of The Eagle Armada and Snooptwo (former lord of The Eagle Empire) made their own flags and tried to "steal" crews from The Eagle Empire. Luckily their plans did not work as much as they thought it would and The Eagle Empire remained a powerful flag.
Onward to Malachite!: Sadely when the very difficult flag desicion of whether to move to Malachite or not came out as approved to move, when the flag moved, news was posted notifiying everyone of the move. Some people did indeed move to Malachite to rejoin the flag, but not all could/didnt want to. So many crews left the flag after the annoncement, some made their own flags, some joined others. The Eagle Empire helped out all those who were members of the flag on Hunter to move to Malachite(for more info, please see the The Eagle Empire#Malachite)...

Also please be paintent when you have joined, all Royals must vote if someone is to be assigned a position in the flag, Thank ye!
All captains + first mates can be titled members. If ye wish to become royalty read below.
Royalty requirments:
1) Have a lot of people in yer crew(dormant members dont count). About 50 or so prefferred.
2) Have good crew fame.
3) Loyalty - Must have been in the flag fer quite some time.
All royals must be active and stay active or will risk getting removed. Some royals are excluded from these rules.

When the Malachite Ocean opened, The Eagle Empire migrated there and was created just 4 days after the opening of the ocean...
The Eagle Empire slowly grew and went up in fame. It took it some time to go up in fame because unlike some flags which would just dock-press to get their fame up, The Eagle Empire asked in a polite manner and ranked people accordingly.
On 14th June 2008 The Eagle Empire took part in the first ever [Event] Blockade on Malachite...

Ahoy all ye landlubbers and seadogs! So, ye be wondering about our flag? Well, here's some info:
History:
Our flag was officially established on the Hunter ocean, even though ideas for a flag like ours were circulating around other oceans. When some key people from the other oceans came toghether and put foward these ideas to Know, after much discussions, the flag was made.
The flag has a courlorful history even under other names, you may say that this flag is a merge of many great flags from all the oceans.

A Crew to Join:
Send a tell to any of the royals, and they shall send you a invite. We arent strict on what crews can join and what crews cant, unless we see a crew which the community disapproves of....
Please do not join our flag if your crew is a "flag hopper", meaning a crew which jumps from flag to flag often.
Alliances:
Please do NOT send us any random allie requests, it is rude and bad-mannered. if you wish to allie with us, please ask one of the royals, then we shall discuss it among the key members of our flag and imform you of the desicion as soon as possible.
Notes:
- Do NOT randomly invite our crews to your flag. If you do so, you stand a chance of getting a war declaration.
- When a crew joins the flag the Captain shall be made a titled member. A crew can aquire more titled members as they stay longer and longer in the flag. Royalty positions are not simply handed out, any flag foolish enough to do so.... well lets not talk about that. Royalty positions are given to people who: 1. Do NOT ask for it. 2. Who are loyal 3. A Captain of a crew which has been in the flag for a long time and have about 50 or so members in their crew and their crew has a good fame level, such as renowned or above... Do NOT beg for a royalty spot, it will only show that you are im-mature...
- The Flag shall have ONLY 5 voting members at a time, the monarch and 4 royals. Currently there are 2 royal positions open, follow the rules in the note above this one and you can be sure to gain a royalty position.

Curouis how are current royals got to their position? Here they are:
- Puffpirate - Joined Know's crew on Hunter, he was the first member of the crew except of course for the captain, Know. He was Know's hearty even before that. Then he stayed in the crew until the flag was made on Hunter, then he left, only to return to the flag with a crew of his own. After being trusted for so long he was made a royal on the flag on Hunter. And then even when the flag decided to migrate here, to Malachite, he didnt hesitate one bit, he came happily and stayed loyal to the flag and so was made a royal here...
- Jowillstaker - She was a good friend of Puffpirate long before the crew was made, she became friends with Know around the time the crew was made, even though her status was great and Know wanted to promote her above pirate, she refused even though many other people beg for promotions instead. When she finally agreed to be promoted she was made a SO. And then first mate and only SO when Puffpirate(SO) left the crew to make his own and return to the flag. Jowillstaker went through many secret tests, such as leaving her near large amounts of money which she could easily take but didnt. She was made a royal in the flag on Hunter and she too agreed to move to Malachite and gained even more trust and was made a royal here...
{As you can see from these stories of how the current royals got that way, even moving oceans, not stealing money, etc. Royalty positions are not just given out, so in simple to get a royal spot: "dont ask, we'll ask you". Follow that quote and you can be sure to get a royal spot in our great flag.}
