I got the email a while back but now i cant find out how to purchase it. I would like to get it but i dont know how. can someone help me out?

I dont understand how to get it becuz when i click on it it brings me to buying dubloons...

If you have previously paid OOO for doubloons or a subscription, you will be unable to purchase the pack. The promotion may also have expired, as it was time limited to "summer 2006". It's odd as the account I just tried to buy it on is completely green, and when I logged off I got the "fair winds to you" screen and it STILL had the starrter kit advertised.
