This sort of content is perfect for a blog, but has no place in an encyclopedia entry. The information on this page goes beyond "needing to be redone in the third person". I came here trying to find out, quickly, who Parth is, in a nutshell, within the YPP world, but found what might be best described as the first entry in a diary.
I'm taking the time to remove the trivialities, and distilling to the major points because this page is so egregious.
