If Scupperer can have his own page, why can't others?

Ok, still new to this, but shouldn't Scupperer be deleted too then?

Scupperer is the king of a huge flag in Viridian. He personally, and solely, held Cnossos on the Midnight Ocean for over two months. He held a competition to design doublonns, and actually had them minted ans distributed to other players. He destroyed the palace on Cnossos, reducing it to rubble and reverting the island to an uncolonized state.
