Rum and Balls was a crew that sails the Viridian Ocean. The crew is the founding crew of the flag of Gaijan Kaizoku.

Public Statement
WANTED: cabin persons to senior officers for pillaging and destruction around the ocean. must love to pillage and like to do it a lot. i.e. we don't want card players we want pillagers. please send your request to any officer
Crew Articles
This is a new crew made up for the purpose of pillaging and hunting with the occasional blockade tossed is. having said that there are some rules that must be followed.
1. do not beg for PoE or dubs
2. All officers will be required to pillage and pillage a lot.
3. Ranks are earned not just given, out the same goes for crew titles you want it you earn it.
4. The final rule is this HAVE FUN just not at others expense
5. PTB (permission to board) is to be used if you are asking to join a pillage on either a sloop, cutter, dhow or the new longship. the reason for this is because we have some officers that are transporting and they do not like to have people on there ship when they are.
6. When on a ship always stay on station. if you leave during battle it is an automatic minus 1 to your pay. if it continues I will then expel you from the crew.
Ranks :
- Cabin person : join and its automatic
- Pirate: have a pirate badge and two broads with a higher then able rank
- Officer : pass a test giving buy a fleet or senior officer, broad or higher then able in sail, carp, bilge , guns, and nav. any officer must be able to lead a pillage on a sloop, cutter and dhow.
- Fleet Officer. Have solids and above ables in the pirate skills plus a broad and higher then able in bnav. Must be able to lead a pillage on a baghlah and war brig. Be a trusted member of the crew.
- Senior Officer. Trust is the most important thing here but not just from me but form the majority of the SO's as well. and must be a pillagers and be able to lead a pillage at least two to three times a week.
There will be a crew ships that will be set up for crew donations. with these donations i will be using it to purchase crew ships and bigger ships but prizes for crew contests and such.
The crew ship for donations is the Loud Flounder on Terra Island.
