Rashell
Rashell is fleet officer of the crew Nautical HoodRatZ and a member of the flag Latin Fury. She is a chief petty officer in the Lima Island Navy in the Jade Archipelago and sails the Cobalt Ocean.
Rashell is the wife to Luphie, captain of Sea of Tigers and titled member of Red Ribbion Army. Rashell and Luphie are father and mother to their great son Kabz, also known as Kaby. Their heart has been broken since Kaby told them he was going to quit the game. "It was just like hearing Kaby moving away," said Rashell in tears. "I couldn't believe it, I've known him since I started playing this game," cried Luphie. Rashell is now going to open a school for the new players coming to the game. It will be called Tigers of the Sea and will host new students everyday. Rashell had owned several crews once but never lucked out. She was once a top poker player and pretty much provides for the family while Luphie just relies on his alts free jobs.
