Promotion Requirements:
Pirate
Anyone who has fought a battle with THIS crew. Must be equipped with foil or better.
Officer
Must be equipped with rumble weapon and foil or better. Able to run a winning pilly without another officer on the ship. Set a good example for pirates, register on the crew forum, have studied sloop pilly guide on Yppedia, be trained, reviewed and recommended for position by an FO. Stat Requirement: All Bold! Distinguished bnav or gunning.
Fleet Officer
Helps forage and/or move ships. Train officers and pirates. Helps run WB and larger pillys. Helps get booty from hold for officers. Fills in for SO when they are not online. This position requires hard work and commitment to the crew.
Senior Officer
Only those with EXTREME trust from the Captain recieve this rank.
Crew Rules:
Do not leave ship during battle. While at sea do not ask questions, challenge or trade. Keep chat to a minimum. Station as ordered quickly. No gunning without being ordered. If you must be away from your computer, leave the ship, come back on when you get back to the computer.
