If the sea takes your attention more than the inn, this is your type of crew. The crew of Pater Noster values pillaging and conquering the seas, so always give your best. Always regard your higher officers with a polite attitude and follow their order. The game of Puzzle Pirates is highly based on teamwork. When you work together, you will be surprised at how much easier the game can become, thereby increasing the amount of fun you may have pillaging. Hierarchy is important in this crew, and we promote based on both skill and loyalty. The crew requirements are as follows:
Pirate: Welcome to the crew! Now get back to swabbing the deck.
Officer: If you have the skills and no boat, five broads and two distinguished will get you the title of Officer. If you do not have those statistics but own a boat, we may be able to make a deal.
Fleet Officer: The rank of Fleet Officer requires a certain commitment to the crew, with trust from the Captain and his first hand mates. Along with being trusted, the must also have three solids and one respected. also need some experience in bnav too. As well as all requirements listed in Officer. Fleet Officers are encouraged to not just participate in pillages, but start their own as well.
Senior Officer: True dedication and trustworthiness will earn you the rank of Senior Officer. Amount of time in crew, as well as playing nice with all other crew mates are all taken into account when choosing qualified pirates for the job.
Captain: Position taken, move somewhere else.
Do not expect to instantly become a Fleet or Senior Officer, but keep in mind the Captain is constantly evaluating each and every crew members and dealing with promotions around the clock. Only those who deserve the rank will receive it.
