Good Flag with old, skilful players. Its goal is to get an island. They won't be cutting anyone's toes though to achieve this goal. They are a peaceful flag.

It is against flag rules to attack an ally. This will be watched and monitored carefully. The punishment for the first offence is the loss of officer rank for 7 days + 2k fine. The second offence punishment is 14 days loss of officer rank + 5k fine. The third offence punishment is 30 days loss of officer rank + 15k fine. Then after the 3rd offence, the pirate will no longer be able to be an officer in a crew any more. Until all fines are paid, the pirate will not be able to be an officer or have any officer privileges upon any ship in a crew. All fines collected will be added to the flag warchest and used for blockades or crew purchases.
