Madhattering
Madhattering is a pirate on the Meridian Ocean. Her original name was Themadhatter before the ocean merge. She is an officer in the crew Legacy and a member of the flag Futuram. She has played under many different names over the years and has played YPP for around 5 years on and off.
Achievements
- Joined Anaheim for a short while as a fleet officer
- Joined Legacy - Became an officer temporarily. Eventually became a senior officer and also the crew wench
- Finally started getting jobbed on Cursed Isles runs after actually taking the time to work on her standings and achieve Frenetic Foraging
- Joined Holy Barnacle - became an officer
- Joined Sonic Revenge - became a senior officer, first mate, and princess (queen in absence) of the flag Gr-a-pes of Wrath
- Joined Dark Revenge - became officer
- Started out on the Viridian Ocean
Biography
Washed up on the shore of Kirin Island on the Viridian Ocean, Themadhatter soon got to work on her standings and connections due to being new to the Ocean. She stayed with a few crews briefly as an officer, then joined Dark Revenge where she met Ravenvirtus.
Ravenvirtus asked Hatter for help to form his own crew Sonic Revenge and flag Gr-a-pes of Wrath. Hatter immediately joined Sonic and was promoted to Senior Officer in a heartbeat. She became the first mate of the crew and princess of the flag. Hatter gained much experience in crew politics and the day to day running of a flag from Ravenvirtus.
After a few months however, Raven disappeared and Sonic Revenge fell apart without his guidance and Hatter was stuck crew searching once again, this time finding herself a simple officer rank in Holy Barnacle where she became friends with captain Shar.
Just when she thought she’d finally mapped out the ocean, it doubled! The ocean merge between Viridian and Midnight confused Hatter to no end until she figured out what had happened. She was called Themadhatter-east and didn’t like it. Therefore she changed her name to Madhattering in an attempt to keep her identity similar.
Hatter has now sadly moved on from Holy Barnacle as her captain Shar unfortunately didn’t have the time to keep the crew as active as it used to be. Hatter learned a lot from this crew however and it was a very tough decision to leave. She is now with Legacy as an active member and officer of the crew.
Hatter is heavily influenced by her last crew she was a part of before her one year hiatus from YPP to pursue the real world, her captain was an inspiration to her and it the reason Hatter became a greeter and spends her time helping aspiring and new players alike.
One day Hatter hopes to form her own crew and flag under the name of "The Unwelcome Strangers".
