Lex Gabinia was founded on the Sage Ocean on 27 August 2007 by Kiedo, flying the flag Imperial Rednecks. On 25 February 2008, To Infinity and beyond merged with Lex Gabinia.
By May 2009 the crew had moved to the flag Good Grief, later moving to Bananas in Arms.

Hello and Welcome! We accept any pirate who wants to be part of a TEAM! Our goal is to look out for each other and help train each other up. If you are looking to join our family, ask any of our Officers or above and we will send you an invite.
Promotion requirements
- Cabin person: Only if you are in trouble.
- Pirate: Thanks for joining up. Welcome to the greatest crew ever.
- Officer: Broads/Solids in at least 4 skill sets. Also, have to go through a "how-to pilly" course with an existing officer.
- Fleet officer: Broads/Solids in sailing, carpentry, bilging and gunning. Have run at least two pillys with a current FO, SO or the Captain. Shown lots of trust and leadership.
- Senior officer: Solids in 5 of 6 pirating skills, Narrow or higher in SF and rumble, and have shown trust, leadership and have taken an active and involved role in the crew.
