VooDoo, formerly known as Hexed, is a dormant crew that sails the Meridian Ocean, formerly the Viridian Ocean. They presently fly the flag of Notorious and once flew the flag of Evil Bunnies of Doom.

Back story

Cursed beginnings

Hexed was created 6 January 2011 by the pirate Hex, better known as the alt of the pirate Spells. Originally, the crew was created to be an addition to Spells' former flag, Scout's Rebellion to help with things such as foraging, gaining new members and ultimately to help grow the fame of the flag. Within a week of it's establishment, the crew's fame sky rocketed to Established and even to Renowned fame with maybe some 5 - 10 pirates.

After a while, Spells grew bored of her side crew and let it die down, paying more attention to her main crew, the now disbanded Wayward Boyscouts. She kept the crew under Hex, submitting to her intuition that it may become of use later on.

Ill chill of change

Inevitably, Spells found herself an independent pirate months later due to the corruption of the supposed Stand-in Captains and their own plans that twisted and ultimately destroyed the Wayward Boyscouts crew. She joined her side crew on 13 October 2011 and was promoted to Captain to care for the crew with full force. A few of her Boyscout mates had followed her over to her crew, as they did not agree with the governing of the Boyscouts, renamed Fill My Hold; and even as time progresses, more and more Wayward mates joined the Hexed ranks, including the original Captain of the previous crew, Junerose.

Flag history

OutBreak

Within a matter of a week and a half, Hexed had sky rocketed again from the bottom rung of Aspiring all the way to Celebrated fame. Close mates of the Captain, and even ex Boyscouts all flocked to the crew to become what once was. Tight-knit, ambitious and always kickin' it old school Puzzle Pirates.

Hexed had been Scouted by two Royalties of the flag OutBreak: Pallmall and Tigerscar, who had persuaded Spells to join forces with the rising crew. They plan on big things for the Viridian Ocean, one victory at a time.

Hexed has become an asset to the flag, due to their insatiable desire to succeed and have fun and devotion to they're fellow flagmates as a whole. The Captain and crew members alike fully intend to become something great -- Not just as the Hexed Ones -- but to succeed and build their pride to fly the flag of OutBreak.

Notorious

OutBreak had withered, with the unjust banning of their Queen Hairpin, and the flag of OutBreak had split up for a few months. Luckily, one of the ex OutBreak royalty, Tigerscar, decided to create a new flag, called Notorious. Though VooDoo's initial joining into Notorious was shaky, they have found Notorious to be a wonderful flag to be apart of.

Although Spells eventually decided to leave Notorious on 12 July 2012, the crew has, for the most part, remained intact.
