The very first tailor on Park Island and in the Coral Archipelago was opened at the tailor bazaar Roller Clothiers by Rexelita in October 2004. That tailor stall was closed upon the successful bid of Rexelita's in-flag bid within Midnight Armada of a privately-owned tailor shoppe land plot. The bid, heated and controversial, was primarily between two Mad Mutineers crewmates and rivals, Rexelita and Ninjaguy, and closed at 600,000 PoE. This was an exorbitant price for a tailor land plot in any archipelago, much less a largely uncolonized one. Haunted Blouse was built solely by the winning bidder with the aid of a secret financier. Construction finished December 20, 2004 and is the first tailor shoppe in the archipelago.
The name of the tailor, Haunted Blouse, was taken from a flagmate's post for suggested names. It falls in line with the amusement park theme of Park Island, implemented by Midnight Armada, the flag who colonized the island.
