• - Grunky ("GRUN-kee") is a seasoned pirate of the Emerald Ocean in the massively multiplayer online game Puzzle Pirates. He originally played on the Sage Ocean before the merger in 2012 which moved him to the Emerald Ocean.
• - Grunky sails under the banner of the Raging Waters crew at Fleet Officer 
rank which he joined in July of 2025. He holds the title of Captain 
in the Admiral Island Navy, based in the Gull Archipelago.
• - A prominent player active from 2005–2008, Grunky left the scene to explore other games. He returned briefly in 2017 for casual 
Poker with friends and a dose of nostalgia before disappearing again. As of 2025, Grunky is back with a vengeance, and there’s no end in sight to his current run.
