Forbidden Fruit is a friendly crew, started by Quenten and Gretag that sails the Hunter Ocean. It sails under the flag EAC on the Hunter Ocean.
Crew Beginnings
A long time ago, on a dark and wind-swept Hunter ocean, a fierce pillage raged. Led by the fine officers of the once mighty crew the Dark Rose, the sailors battled bravely against evil Brigands and brutal Barbarians. While it seemed that all was hell and plunderin', there came an imperceptible softness; a calm - as against the backdrop of the dark and savage seas, two fresh-faced young pirates crossed eyes for the first time. Nay, it wasn't love at first sight, but there was something... some connection. As the pillaging crew ported successfully amid raucous cheering and the sweet sounds of lucrative booty clinking, the oblivious two kindled their romance as the celebrations continued around them.
Those two pirates were Quenten and Gretag, and their love affair blossomed. Soon they were to be wed, and began married life in their brand new villa on Aimuari. Their loyalty to their crew was as fierce as the loyalty to each other and they quickly rose to become respected leaders in their beloved crew, Dark Rose, now lead by the infamous Andyroo and the seductive Northstar.
It is true of course... All good things must come to an end. And so it was for Dark Rose, as eventually the decision was made to disband, and merge with their flag friends under Crush in Beyond the Sea. The disbandment of Dark Rose proved fateful, as Quenten and Gretag reached a fork in the road. What better time to branch out and create a new, vibrant crew as Dark Rose ceased to be? What finer tribute could be made to the countless hours of Dark Rose comradeship, than to continue her spirit in rejuvenated form?
And so it came to pass that Forbidden Fruit was born. A sweet new crew with the Seeds of Gretaness within. Forbidden Fruit is not for everyone, but perhaps you can be tempted to join.
