Felizardo is an independent pirate on the Viridian Ocean. He was formerly a officer of the crew BLACK LEGION.
Felizardo is the relative more near to the Tasfine, and to its language mother is the Portuguese. By the Portuguese tradition is a good expert of the maritime life, and is pirate by vocation.
