Rank Requirements
This is what is required of you in order to climb the crew ladder!
Officer
At least 2 broads in either Gunning, Bilge, Sails or Carp, neophyte in Bnav and Dnav and 1 distinguished in any of the piracy stats. Got half respected bnav?! Then get officer straight away.
Fleet Officer
This rank needs trust and loyalty... the easiest way to join is to stay in the crew for at least 2 weeks. You must run pillages weekly and have at least 2 respecteds in any of the piracy stats, distinguished in Battle Navigation and preferably Duty Navigation. We are pillagers of mayhem! Reached Master Bnav? Get FO immediately!!!
Senior Officer
Do not expect to get this rank when you join. Senior Officers are one of the most important pirates in this crew. You must have a ship and be able to run pillages with it, donate to the crew and get on well with others... Senior Officers must have at least Respected Battle Navigation and 2 masters in any of the piracy stats! The captain is the only one who can promote you to Senior Officer.
Captain
If the captain is away or quits, the First Mate will be next to captain! Or donate 1 mill to the crew funds.
Just to notice you guys, ships are important but not that important, we have enough ships to pillage on! But it would be a great help to get a ship :D. And don't think your gonna get FO+ with a sloop, it's Baglah+, then you'll get FO... Got a War Frigate? SO is yours! But remember... the ship must be open for anybody to flotilla/pillage on... but nothing sinky...
Crew Rules
- Do not swear, offend, scam or spam others or in the crew chat.
- No robbing. No-one will get away with robbing, so I'd keep out of it.
- No abandoning ships in battle or at sea, you will have to pay for the stock.
- No taking out other pirate's ships when at war. If you sink you will have to pay them for what was on the ship and the ship itself to replace the old one.
- Most important: HAVE FUN!!!
And to you guys who love pillaging (or ship owners), you get an enormous advantage: Every week or so, I'll restock all crew ships till needed!
If you can face the discipline and torture, and obey the rules you must obey, keep your promises without any hassle, be loyal and trusted to work, to carry on even if you have no hope, to keep on working even if you face the freezing cold and boiling hot, to save lives for others, to be willing to do almost anything, to sail the high sea's when a storm comes, to work till you face death, to never surrender or plead, to do whatever it takes to win... Then matey! Yer ready fer the crew...
