Capinkong has been in 5 blockades. He is the only and main senior officer of J'A'M. Capinkong is a lieutenant in the Navy and is getting his navy rank up.
He has two crowns and is willing to sell them. Pirates should send him a tell if they see him selling the crowns and he will send them a trade offer.
Capinkong does not have a ship but is trying to get a war brig. He has good puzzle standings and so does his captain, CapinBlade.
