A big cat is a type of pet. Big cats can be bought from the palace shoppe for 100,000 Pieces of Eight and, on doubloon oceans, 100 doubloons. Purchaseable big cats have a choice of four different species (lion, panther, tiger, and white), and 25 different collar colors. Ocean Masters and Ringers can create big cats in several additional color combinations.

Historical notes

• The Golden striped tiger was available for a period of time on the Ice Ocean as a prize in an automated drinking tournament titled "Goblet of Firewater." Both the prize pet and the tournament title refer to the Harry Potter series of books. This big cat can also be found in the Lincoln palace and on Flow Island
• The Rainbow Tiger was an accepted game design suggestion. It is the first collarless big cat.
