Promotion Requirements
Cabin Person: Ask.
Pirate: One broad.
Officer: Know how to run a pillage and my trust also have broad in Sailing, Bilging and Carpentry.
Fleet Officer: Same as officer except have solids, one renowned, I have to have your trust, and have been in the crew for 2 days.
Senior Officer: Have a ship and my trust or have one weighty or better and also have anything master or above. (exceptions can be made)
