General Info
Three Winds of the flag Spartan Glory was recently created ( August 29th 2007) and has reached a crew fame of Celebrated.
They have 9 vessels currently in the crew (8 Sloops and 1 Baghlah) and used to go on pillages daily. They always were looking for new crew members and hoped to get to the top of the Crew Fame list.
Three Winds is the precursor to Chumbawamba .

Crew Rules
1. Listen to captain, and higher officers. Punishement: Expel
2. Alwyas man a station (unless told). Punishment: Plank
3. Don't disobey crew rules! Punishment: Expel
4. Don't be cocky. Punishment: Lower rank/Expel/Plank
5. No playing puzzles on a ship during pillage, unless it is because of a grapple. Punishment: Plank
6. Don't call the captain sir!!!!!!!"
7. Never give up, or leave a battle.
Rank Requirements
My crew dosen't run on what your skills are, it runs by trust, leadership, knowledge, and showing that you aren't afraid to fight and that you will never back down.(You don't really have to be smart, you just gotta' know how to do "it" whatever "it" may be).
Cabin Person: Just ask to join crew.
Pirate: Become a subscriber.
Officer: Get trained by Senior Officer or Captain
Fleet Officer: Pass test given by 1st in command or 2nd in command.
Senior Officer: Have Officer and Fleet Officer requirements and is a good friend of the Captain, can be trusted, and has been voted in and/or reccomended.
*NEW* Fleet Officer test requirements
Have stats in all piracy skill except treasure haul and rumble.
Has run a pillage with the Captain.
Has reqruited at least one new crew member.
