Saucer of Milk 'n Rum was one of the first buildings built on Tigerleaf Mountain and was constructed in September 2005. The bazaar's name relates to the island's tiger-related naming scheme. It was originally named Set Me Up, Joe, after the retired former captain of Dinero Por Sangre, Oneeyejoe, one of the founding crews of Imperial Coalition. Before being acquired by its current owner, the building was owned by Kagan.
