The /royalty command shares your message with the monarch and royalty of your flag. Jobbing pirates who are monarch or royalty in their own flags do not count as monarch/royalty of your flag. This command only works for people who are either monarch or royalty of a flag. An expired subscription account which has the royalty rank does see this chat, but users on a doubloon ocean need to possess at least an officer badge to see it.
