On 2006-02-06 Charun, Governor of Sakejima Island, held a contest to name this manor. The contest deadline was 2006-02-09 at 11:59pm. A bone trinket was offered as the prize for the winning entry. The rules for the contest were that the name should be thematically tied to "Adult Beverages", and that no pirate could submit more than six entries. Spinnaker submitted the winning entry. Construction of this manor began on 2006-02-11 and was completed on 2006-02-21.
