House of the Rising Rum is a manor on Sakejima Island on the Meridian Ocean. The building is located on the southeastern shore of the island, across from Jook Joint palace.
Prior to the ocean merge on January 31st, 2012, the building was located on the Viridian Ocean.

On 2006-02-06 Charun, governor of Sakejima Island, held a contest to name this manor. The contest deadline was 2006-02-09 at 11:59pm. A bone trinket was offered as the prize for the winning entry. The rules for the contest were that the name should be thematically tied to "Adult Beverages", and that no pirate could submit more than six entries. Spinnaker submitted the winning entry. Construction of this manor began on 2006-02-11 and was completed on 2006-02-21.
