Enigma is currently a dormant flag on the Meridian Ocean. It was originally founded on the Malachite Ocean.

History / About

Enigma was the brainchild of several mates of Iron Pyrites, No Batteries Required, and Puppet Masters (formerly known as Dirty Lives) as a home for intelligent, experienced pirates that enjoy blockades and puzzles in general. The crews of the flag Temporarily in Limbo joined with mates of the flag Puppet Masters and the crews Nefarious Miscreants and Iron Pyrites to create a new flag on July 22, 2008. The name was then changed to the current Enigma after much discussion and a flag vote.

The main contenders in the initial discussions for creating the flag were Bnavking, Dexla, Erro, Fizz, Seerauber, Silk, Spinbad, Sprngweather, and Sweetiepiepi. Some were long time mates, and flagmates, and others were meeting for the first time.

The flag continued to grow and brought in many fine mates and crews.

Enigma participated in attacking the Brigand King on Lilac Island. A great time was had by all. Enigma was able to iron out some details in the War Staff. Bnavking was the admiral and Calamarie the vice admiral. This prepared Enigma to "drop" on the preceding blockade against The Usual Suspects on August 16th 2008. Sweetiepiepi was the helpful mastermind in this whole process. She had the full support of many flag members who gave time, PoE and efforts. Using the same admiral and vice admiral as they had previously, Enigma won the island.

Sinking PvP is fun!

We enjoy the game through war, pillaging, and blockading. If you can't play nice, at least play smart.

Unsolicited alliance requests will probably be met with a war dec or angry tells. Push that button carefuly.
