User talk:Dark viper
Did you want to upload your logo for the UK party to the wiki so it can be put on the info page? Only caveat is that it requires you release it under the creative commons attribution license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/). Anyhow, if you're interested in doing so just login on the wiki and go to http://yppedia.puzzlepirates.com/Special:Upload Fill in your name/piratename/whatever in the summary and I'll notice the upload & add it to make the UK party page pretty. --Guppymomma 13:58, 10 January 2006 (PST)
Edit Frequency
Ahoy there! You've made a lot of changes to DarkViper today. Each edit shows up on the list of recent changes, and some editors consider a page edit to be complete when the page is saved. If another editor comes in and changes something on the page while you're still working on it, you will have an edit conflict and may have a tricky time reconciling the differences.
You can prevent this by using the preview button to see how your page will look. Underneath the preview, the edit box will have all your changes, so you can edit the source and preview again. Then, when you're satisfied of the outcome, you can save the page once.
In addition, I'm about to move DarkViper to Darkviper, to match the YPPedia:Style guide. Thanks, and good luck! --AtteSmythe 08:07, 23 August 2006 (PDT)
I was doing a major edit to that page to tidy it all up and it would have been too much of a pain to merge your changes, so if you want to give me a couple minutes to tidy up what I've done and then go and re-add that's probably best. Thank you! --Lizzie 02:28, 24 August 2006 (PDT)
Oops!
Firstly regarding the outline box.. I thought that was just unnecessary code.. count me redfaced :p Feel free to add that back in.
Secondly, I added the 'inuse' tag just before I started editing to let you know that I would be editing. I had made so many changes that it was going to be very difficult to reconcile what changes you had just made with the corrections I had made, so I figured you could just re-add. Sorry to make extra work for you!
Finally, yes I went over Salmon's edits but (he?) kinda sniped me ;p I noticed he fixed the link again so that's cool. I'm done editing for today so go crazy. My apologies if anything I did has annoyed you! Just wanted to make your page a wee bit easier to read and a tiny bit tidier. Its a great page btw :) --Lizzie 03:05, 24 August 2006 (PDT)
Oh, just an afterthought: I'm also at work, but there's this nifty trick you can do. Use this link: http://OCEANNAME.puzzlepirates.com/yoweb/pirate.wm?target=PIRATENAME Just replace the capitalised bits with the correct info, i.e. http://midnight.puzzlepirates.com/yoweb/pirate.wm?target=Ravine I find that super useful :) --Lizzie 03:08, 24 August 2006 (PDT)
Grand crafting images
When you upload images for your crafting puzzle proposal, please include {{grand crafting image}} in the summary field before you hit "upload file." This will place your images in the proper category in the wiki and identify them should other users stumble across your images. Thanks.--Fiddler 22:34, 4 September 2006 (PDT)

Wanna add something to the wiki page for the meetup regarding the restrictions on under-age people anbd the process they need to go through? --Rroberts 14:00, 15 October 2006 (PDT)
