The High Seas Council is a crew on the Emerald Ocean flying the colours of the flag Dead In The Water. The crew enjoys all aspects of the game and is always looking for crew mates to join them and bring uniqueness and new talents to their crew.
History
The High Seas council was founded on the 26th of April, in 2008 on the former Hunter Ocean. This crew once flew the flag of The Continuum and has since moved over to Dead In The Water in search of new adventures due to inactivity of their brother crew The Collective.
Promotion requirements
Ranks as follows-
Cabin person- punishment
Pirate-All new comers.
Officer- Officer's badge, good pirate stats, Battle Navigation experience, and Experience in running a pillage.
Fleet Officer- My trust, preferably a ship and also good stats.
Senior Officer- stats, my trust, know how to rank people CORRECTLY and needs to have contributed to the crew.
Rules- have fun, do not leave in the middle of a battle unless told by the Officer In Charge.
