From the Release Notes:

The following changes are for all oceans (both Dark Seas and classic YPP) New vessel type: The War Galleon is now available in shipyards! This ship is similar in class to the Xebec, but with less survivability in exchange for increased firepower. To celebrate the release, a new Limited Edition "Quest" class War Galleon is now available for construction on all oceans. Adding seasonal content for May.
