Pandemic was a flag on the Cobalt Ocean.

History

The flag was founded and initially ruled by Timm, who came over from the Midnight Ocean with his partners Zowee, Hizzo and Ddeeds, who were tired of Midnight politics. After some controversy regarding Ddeeds, Timm left the flag and the throne was put up to a vote. Hizzo won the election by a very small margin, and remained the monarch of the flag until it merged with Sea of Fire during the Spring of 2006.

The flag was most noted for their taking of Corona Reef after dropping a chest in round 1, defeating the original contender Ocean Mafia, which is now also defunct. They also fought a very successful war against Bandiera di Diavolo, sinking many ships and reducing their membership from 200 to 20 before a truce was reached.
