La Resistance was formed in mid November 2005, after splitting from Hungarian Vengence. They joined the flag New Caledonia. On 3 April 2006, La Resistance decided to merge with the crew The Jacobite Rebels, forming the Auld Alliance. This union lasted ten days until 13 April 2006 when it was mutually agreed that the merger was not beneficial and the two merged crews decided to split and return to their former crews. During the split, former senior officer Gurlynat left to form her own crew, La rebellion on April 16th.
Public Statement
Ahoy! We be La Resistance! Feel free to join us on a fun pillage! We are a friendly crew, treating each other as family. We hope you have a great time and treat everyone with the courtesy and respect we all deserve :).
Pillage rules:
Working hard will result in PoE bonuses. Lazing, however, will result in you being asked to work once, twice, then you may find yourself in the sea after walking the plank. If you need to afk, let the Officer in Charge (OiC) know and hop off the ship. Hop back on when you return ;). If you need to log off soon, please hop off the ship asap, to prevent you leaving at the start of the next battle and to allow your crewmate to hop on in time.
If you would like to join the crew, please do! We will not send random invitations to everyone, as we understand how annoying random “join�? invites can be when done to us. Promotions will be done in time and after you have shown loyalty and respect to the current crew members. There are certain promotion requirements, but we do not promote anyone to officer upon joining the crew.
