PIRATE: need at least 2 broad or higher in the pirating skills.
OFFICER: need atleast distinguished or higher in at least 3 of the piracy skills.
FLEET OFFICER: You will need to be trusted by me. You must have master or higher in your skills, and be able to lead a pilly.
SENIOR OFFICER: All about trust!! You will need to be on frequently, pilly alot and be able to assist new ones.
CAPTIAN: I am Capt. Tlara, there is no other than me.

Background
The Imperial Klingon Fleet was founded by Tlara on August 29, 2008. It's name is from a race in the Television series "Startrek". She founded her crew to be a crew of honor and loyalty and so that her and her friends could have fun.
